Second gear grind

When I try to slam second gear, I get a grinding alot fo the time. I think that I am pulling the stick hard enough, but the gear does not seem to engage. Anyone have any suggestions.
By the way, I am still playing with the clutch adjustments from the new motor install, and I dont think that I have it right yet, but this only happens with 2nd.

It's the synchros, time for rebuild. You don't have to rebuild right away though, just take your time shifting to second.
