Rematch Against Nova
Hi,
It looks like im going to be racing that nova again this weekend, im going to be taking the air out of my shocks and lowering tire pressure a little bit, anyone have some advice for trying to keep traction on the street, i don't want to spend any more money on this car but this is for the fastest car in highschool so... Thanks for any help Steven |
Take out all the weight you can. If you have a standard radial tire air it to about 28psi and give the fronts 40 (for the race only). Letting air out of air shocks can help a ton. Remember with street tires its better to launch to low and bog then it is to launch to high and spin. Keep your cool that is key in a street race, don't get giddy and make a mistake.
