1.6 pedastal mount rr's
 

i was under the assumption i could just bolt these onto my stock heads with no adjustment. i'm new to this stuff so any help would be appreciated. Can i just bolt them in or do i need to adjust them with shims? if so how can i tell if they are correctly installed.
