5.0 shortys on a 351W
 

I have a chance to get a real nice pair of hooker 5.0 equal length shortys but not sure if they will fit with the 351W. I know they won't work with any H pipe bcause of the taller deck 351 but maybe a custom made H-pipe. Anyone done this. Thanks..

They will fit the 351w but not clear the steering shaft. I found this out the hard way!!
You need the shorties for a 79-93 mustang with a 351w.
BBK makes a set and they will also fit the H-pipe.

Since the 351w is wider than a 302, the exhaust tubes on the headers are routed different.(because of the steering shaft)
