Elec. fan install question.
 

I have a electric fan out of a 94 taurus that I'm trying to install. The question is how should I wire this thing. I would like it to operate on it's own (not manually). The temp sensor is already installed in the rear bung on the lower intake, and now to wire it. The sensor only has a hook up for 1 wire. The fan has 2 connections (1 pos and 1 neg.) I also have a relay that I got from the parts store. It has 5 prongs on it. Any ideas on how this is done.. Thanks.

Thanks, that answered everthing. I guess I'll be upgrading my alt. that I just replaced for $72.

Out of curiousity, what size relay did you buy? It should be a 75 amp
