99 cobra tranny on a 5.0
 
I picked up a 99 cobra tranny real cheap and want to use it on my 94 GT.

What will I need to bolt it up to a 5.0.

hmm, I believe you'll need a bell housing but not to sure if it will fit the 5.0L bellhousing.. What is the trans serial numbers? I think the length could be an issue as well.. you might need a aftermarket bell housing.

As it turns out a T45 tranny wont bolt up to a windsor motor, but I guess I am just a lucky bastard cause the guy called me and said he dropped the tranny off the forklift and broke it and he refunded my $450.00:D
