TC Rear End (long)

Hey guys, Just got my new rear end. I guess it goes to show you can never completely trust EBay. Guy said "nothing wrong with it" and he also swore up and down it had 3.73 gears. So I get it, and it's got the factory tag on the differential, 3SL55 right where it's supposed to be and right where I told him to look. Then I figure, maybe someone changed the gear set because it had obviously been opened up, (he also said it had never been opened) I open it up, and the gear says 39-11 (# of teeth on the ring and pinion) when divided comes out to 3.5454 so yeah, they're 3.55, they look okay which is a good thing, The bearings are nice and smooth, no play in any of them. The brakes have never been changed, they had new pads, but the disks are fubar. The bolts you have to take out to get the caliper brakets off (which you have to remove to get the disks off) were so rusted and tight that I had to use a torch and an impact wrench to get them out. Anyway, I'm excited about my new toy, but all the brake parts are expensive as hell. I'm sure it will be a major improvement.

so, what do you guys think, what kind of E/T improvement should I look for?
