How Much H.P.

I Have a 2003 3.8 v-6 mustang. I have installed a cold air intake, reprogram with diasport programer using thier settings and installed a water pump pulley and 42% crank pulley about how many hp do ya'll believe I am Producing. the car has 20.500 miles on it.

In the future as money allows I plan on installing dual exhaust.

the 99-04 v6 stangs came with 190HP stock. now, you negleced to say wether or not your stang is a stick or an automatic. Were you looking at RWHP or HP at the crank. I'd say that your pushing about 195-200 at the rear wheels if you have a stick. If you have a automatic, your looking at probably around 190-195 at the rear wheels. Of course, you can always hold on to the hope that your car is a factory freak, and your pushing the actually projected # that ford says is the "normal" HP rating for your car (190)

Is the 190 rating that ford uses at the wheels? I thought it was at the crank peak hp?

Yep, the 190 is the peak HP at the crank.
