hard shifting
 

i have a 94 f-150 that shifts hard. it's done it since i've had it(almost two years), unless i let it warm up good. i've done everything including a tranny flush. it's been out and rebuilt before i bought it, but it was pulled with hard(goose neck ball cut off in box). any help would be great, thanks.
