biulding a 351w up from block HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to us a Sportman 2 block or should i use a different block? I was going to use a 427 stroker kit but I was told that I would not be able to have a high rpm other wise it would blow the motor. So what would be a good stroker kit? I think I am going to use Ford Racing GT-40X Xtra Performance ''Turbo-Swirl'' Aluminum Heads and this cam.

To top of the big motor I am going to put a :D

351W FORD 671 3” 1V BLOWER KIT (SPECIFY 6 OR 8 BOLTS)
on the top of this. I have not figure out what the carbs are going to be.

Can so one tell me if this is going to be a good drag\ street car. It is going in a 1977 cobra 2 mustang. With a t5 tranny and a 9 inch rear end.
