351W EFI question
 

How can I make it run properly without a stand alone fuel management system. What computer do I use, & do I need a chip? I got a 95-96 351W roller block, it's not assembled yet, I need to know how to go about putting it in an 89LX. I'm planning on making 350-400hp. Thanx.
