Gear and supercharger question
 
Hi! I have done the cobra mass-air conversion and i wan't to buy a 9psi powerdyne. Can i keep my underdrive pulley, wich smog pump eliminator kit will fit my car (i've heard that it's not all kit that fit).
Another question. After the supercharger i will approximately have 320-330 rwhp and i go to the strip on street tire. Will i have to **** the fourth gear with a 3.27. My other mods are : stock ported head and intake, 1.7 roller rocker, exhaust and some bolt-on.

You can, but the smaller crank pulley will slow down the blower pulley. That means less boost.

Depending on your tire size, you'll probably be in third at the end of the 1/4. I'd get some 3.73's, and get into boost quicker.

I'm racing on street tire, i think that the supercharger and my actual combo will give lots of power and torque.I would not like to see my 0-60 foot with a 3.73 even with the world's best driver. What would be the best for my application. I would like to launch hard in the street and be able to follow those LS1.( they always beat me on the launch in the street)I think that i'm a not so bad driver, my best 0-60 is 2.03 with a 3.55.
