What is the best way to mount into rubber intake elbow?
What is easiest way?
How far from T.B.

Wes,
On mine, I drilled a hole in the rubber intake as close to the throttle body as I could. Then I used some wide washers on the inside and outside to help hold the nozzle in place.

I mounted mine on top but if you want to hide it, mount the nozzle on the bottom. Also, make sure the opening of the nozzle is facing the throttle body.

Just another tip.... I have an NOS kit on mine and I don't know if other nitrous manufacturers do this. But NOS puts Sulfur in their bottles so it can't be inhaled. The sulfer kept clogging up the screen in my nozzle.

I found a shop that fills their bottles with medical grade Nitrous and haven't had a clogged screen since. They also took the valve off and cleaned out my bottles the first time they filled them.
