aligning for bump steer

Im looking into buying a bumpsteer kit, either steeda or upr. Im probably going to go with the upr kit because its 50 bucks cheaper. Any comments on the upr kit. My main question is should i find a shop that can adjust for bump steer or can i just set it like a normal tie rod end. Thanks.

I just got a set of Maximum Motorsport C/C plates. In the instructions under alignment recomendations they go into bumpsteer.
Look here to read it.
