My 17 yr. old son and I would like to swap an I6 200 for a V8 302 in his 66 hardtop, any advice?????

Lot of work, but doable.
It's usually cheaper in the long run to find yourself a V-8 car.

The suspension, brakes, steering, rear axle, etc are all different.

its not that bad as they make it out to be ...but it will end up costing you a bit more money as i found that out - i did the same thing with my 68 but i took it a step further and went fuel injected

Im doing that right now, just finishing it, swapping out the front suspension stuff and upgrading to the disc brakes. Lots of work, but I think I have gotten to know how my stang works better. Mustangs and fords did an article on it, go to their website and check it out.
