89 mustang, 04 rims
 

A friend is selling (almost giving) me a set of 04' rims and tires and I want to know if it is possible to make them work on my 4 lug hubs. Is there an adaptor plate and what would that do to the offset? There's not alot of room down there to fool around with the newer wheels.

not, that I am aware of. However from say a mustangsunlimited they do carry a front rotor that will fit on your existing spindles that is a five lug application, the rotors are the same dimensions. Yet you would still have to swap out for 5 lug axles in the rear, so as far as i know you dont have many options other than swaping to a 5 lug set up completely. good luck!

grab the wheels and hold on to them...you can score some 94+ rotors and axles from the boneyard, swap meet or a friend for a pretty reasonable price...it''s not as bad as you think :D
