Hey Guys..., I Know Most Of You Have Ran Into The Fan's Loudness. How Do I I Fix That??? Someone Told Me It Was The Fan Clutch!!

mine is not loud. with the engine off, open the hood and spin the fan my hand. if it stops after you let it go, the clutch is good. if it keeps spinning, time for a new fan clutch. when they get old they also tend to leak fluid.

What's the shape of your fan blade? I bet it's cracked in several places.

so your pony doesnt make that sound>>.. i sware all the ponies ive heard have that sound,, all you could hear is the fan noise instead of the engine????..

My pony doesn't make that sound. It has an electric fan and the exhaust is too damn loud anyway. Actually, the exhaust is just the way I like it, but others tell me it's too loud.

**On second thought, I think you are hearing the power steering pump noise. A lot of fords have that notorious power steering whine.
