Oil Pan Replacement on 90' GT

Hey is it true that in order to replace the oil pan on my brothers 90'gt I have to lift the engine? Also, how much would it normally cost to have something like this done? Please Help! http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/frown.gif

Yep, you have to lift it up enough to clear the crossmember.
