Polished Aluminum Rims Look Weird 2 Months Later...
I bought the 2003 S-V-T Cobruh replica wheeels two months ago, I did'nt want chrome cause, well, Im WHITE...But the polished aluminum rimms looked better with the car's new paint job. The wheeels on the back are 315s', needless to say I spin them alot and they get a lot dirtier faster..now they look almost coroded, its really not just dirt on them cause washing the car does'nt completely clean them up. What kind of wheeel cleaner is best for restoring the shine or, do I have to live with this now.

Just go buy a Mothers power ball , and some of the Mothers Power Metal polish , put the powerball in a drill , put the polish on the ball , and giver , the wipe off with a clean rag ,
takes about 1/4 the time it would to do it by hand and will useally give you a better finish because your not cusin you arm because it feels like it about to fall off after 2 wheels lol , This is what i use on my `03 cobra replicas and works wounders and doesn`t take long hope it helps , and sure the power ball is expensive something up heck think of how long you will have you rims and how ever many time you will not have to do it by hand IT will make them pretty again |
