Identify this processor
 

i just got a processor for my mass air conversion and the guy that i got it from says it was in his 88 mass air car (california), but the number on it is the same (i think) as a 93 cobra processor, i'll try to duplicate the sticker on it, by the way its a remanufatured one,

R1SM12AF13 146-0581 3J17

it also has C3W1 in big black letters on it,the other side of the computer has some writing printed straight on it, it says

8850 1036
E9AF 14A624 AA (GTE)

ok, now i know this could be a cobra computer but the guy that i bought it from (a mutual friend) said it came out of his 88 california mass air car and it had 19lb/hr injectors and ran great, then he put a different computer in it and said that this one seemed to run even better than the new one he's got
i'd appreciate any help you guys can give

F3ZF-12A650-FB-MR 130930 - this tells me that the EEC is out of a 1993 Ford. However, while C3W1 is a Reman. code tag, it's not from a Mustang. A3M1 is the code tag for the Mustang reman EEC. The Cobra EEC has a code tag of X3Z.

Also, by all means, stay away from the 88 CA - EEC. It's code tag is LD8. None of the chip companies have the software code for this EEC. So, no custom chip tuning for this EEC.
