Transmission Questions
 

I was wondering
First how do I get a T5 apart as far as the shift rod so I can split the case from the tail end
Second the rubber seal on the tail that goes around the driveshaft how do I get that off
Third how do I know if my syncos are shot by looking inside.

Can anyone tell me what syncos I have if they are greyish and how do I know if they are shot by lookin at them
