67 coupe door pins and/or side scoops
 

Just wanted to put this back out there,,, I am replacing door pins on a 67 coupe and can not find a way to remove the short pin with roller on the bottom hinge. Has anyone out there done this and/or know how it is done. Also we are looking to install lower side scoops, how hard is this to do. It looks like the rear window needs to be removed? Any help would be great !!!
