Aluminum heads on Ebay - Any Good?

I saw this ad http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BRAND...temZ8043568247
on Ebay for Aluminum heads. Are these any good? Anybody know if they are made in China? Does it matter if they are made in China?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I'm helping a friend build a 351W engine and he is VERY interested in buying these. Is there a problem with core shift or port mismatch on after market heads?
Thanks.

PS I also saw an auction for Pro Comp heads, any good? any problems with them?

Re: Aluminum heads on Ebay - Any Good?

I would have to guess these are some type of China knock-offs. If they were a brand name, they would have listed these are "AFR 185s" etc IMO...

Since the heads are very important to performance, If it were me I'd stick with the brands. There's a pretty recent complete aluminum head comparison done in one of the mustang magizines.

Don't cheap out and buy some knock-off heads. Stick with TFS or AFR, or even Edelbrock over those imitation heads on eBay.
