Heater core leak in 88 mustang gt

Does anyone know if there is any product on the market that will repair a leak in a heater core.

Thanks

This was probably posted in the wrong forum, but you can look into using Bar's Leak. It works pretty good. Best thing to do it to just change it and be done with it though. I have a brand new one here at the shop that I will be willing to let go for cheap. Real cheap. I'm also willing to do the install, but you would be better off getting your local repair shop do that. Hope this helps out some.

stop leak is only a temporary solution and unfortunately you've run into a very common failure item. On non A/C cars it's much easier to access than on air conditioned cars. with air tools i was able to do mine in (if i remember correctly) 3 1/2 to 4 hours taking my time (89 GT with air conditioning).
