Brothers Performance sucks
 

I recently purchased a C&L maf kit from brothers performance. Their ad in MM&FF said C&L MAF, Air filter, and inlet pipe for 229. So bought it and no inlet pipe.I called them 3 times with the promise of someone calling me back, and finally got an answer. It was a misprint in the ad. Therfore they are not giving me the inletpipe. All my time in retail, ive heard the mis print is too the customers advantage and had to be honored, they say no. Anyone else think this sucks? I really dont recommend this company.

File a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

On their website, it has a list of criteria for a complaint, including:

"The complaint alleges a problem experienced with the services or products that the company provided or agreed to provide"

The top of the page should have 3 boxes, the middle one is 'File a Complaint'.

It's pretty easy... and based on what you've said... they will be able to put pressure on the company to honor their ad.
