Where can I get the fork thingy for removing tie rods, and do I have to remove the fender line to change the brake lines?? This is geared towards a 13" rotor upgrade.

Re: Tools
Ok, its a tie rod seperator..But I need to know what size jaws it has to have for a 4.6L Mustang. I have ti get those rods seperated from the rotors to change the rotors. Also, anyone know how to do simple wheel alignments without a mechanics garage?

Re: Tools
If you are just upgrading to SS brake lines then no you don't have to remove the inner fender. Why would you need to disconnect the tie rod to get the rotor off?

Re: Tools
I thought the rotor and the k-frame or whatever support it is had to come off together.

Re: Tools
Once you take the caliper/mounting bracket off the rotor will come off.

Re: Tools
The cross-drilled rotor package I'm getting (see it on EbayMotors) comes with new steel braided brake lines, when removing the stock brake line set-up do I have to cap the brake fluid canister and refill/bleed system when done?

Re: Tools
You'll need to bleed the system when you are finished.
