Re: new heads

couldn't do both so i went with the heads instead of the new motor, this time i replaced the pushrods and lifters, i also went with harland sharp 1.6 rr's. 293/310 sounds good i definitely want 300 to the ground but also realize thats pushing it. we'll be keeping the fingers crossed.

Re: new heads

I have to ask, why new heads, on a stock bottem end?

Re: new heads

Why not? Good heads and headers knock almost a full second of my 1/4 times, went from 93mph in the Az summer to almost 103mph in the heat. Still have the stock cam too. Stock 95 engine.

Re: new heads

on a mustang dyno i will bet 270rwhp. should be a solid 12 second car. low or high 12s is dependant on your hook and your driving.
