How classic mustangs vary in price by location?

I understand location is a component of value as well as condition, mileage, age, etc.

How do prices for classic mustangs vary by location?

Thank you.

Your are pretty much always going to be able to get a nicer mustang down south (or another rust free area) than up north/the rust belt. A 65 coupe up here in minnesota, lets say for $5000, might have some rust in the normal places, where as down south for $5k you could probably get a rust free car. There is really no exact number, as there are too many variables in old cars. Why are you asking this by the way?

In high school one of my business teachers (there are'nt many in high school) bought and sold vehicles to and from Germany as per exchange rates. I would like to know what the profitable opportunities are just in the U.S. For example there are some hard and fast rules and I don't know what they are. When conditions are such and such you can make a profit doing X.

Its very true about location in regard to price. I live in southern Ontario,CAN. If we buy a southern US car up here its quite abit more expensive, than the same car that is bought up here. But you,ve really got to take alot of things inconsideration. Up here its all rust which is quite costly to repair, verses buying a southern car that is in reasonable condition, which is rustfree.

It's not so much to do with area as it is condition of the vehicle and rarity.
