88 4 banger to 90 v8 swap ???? need help
 

I just bought a 88 mustang convertable that had a 4 banger in it but it has been removed and i have a 91 5.0 and i am going to drop the 5.0 in the convertable my question is what wirering do i need to swap over the two cars are complete i just want to get it done rite also the 88 doesnt have MAS and my 5.0 does how do i put that in i kno i will need my 5.0 computer. also it came with a t-5 from a 4 banger will my v8 blow it up i have a tranny i just want to kno so i kno wether to toss it.

There is a good chance the 4 banger tranny will gernade the first time you lauch the car ,I am running my second one now,just waiting for a good T5 to appear.The car I have was also suffering from a worn out 4cl,I used a 90 5.0 and carbed it,I am running more horsepower with the carbed engine then a stock 93 cobra.Have fun with the changeover ,lol,some of the things i had to change,motor mounts,crossmember,fuel system,ignition system,exhaust....hope thats a help.
