What's the best way to gain control over the 94/95 stock ECU EEC-IV ?.........Tweecer? A Chip? After market ECU? Anderson Ford PMS?

Disconnect the 60-pin connector and removed the PCM from the vehicle. Place the PCM on the workbench, face up. The hit vigorously with a 5# sledge hammer. This is the best way to deal with the 94-95 computers. J/K. I hate these cars sooooo much, we joke about painting a big 94-95 in a circle with a line through it (you know the old 'no' symbol) on the overhead doors on the front of the shop.
