65 mustang help!

I have a 65 mustang. I cant get it to crank, charged battery wont crank will turn over! Poured a little gas in carb, fired right up, then down again! Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Are you saying you cant get it to fire? Check to make sure you have your fuel pump hooked up right to your fuel lines, I've put mine on backwards before (trying to suck gas from the carb, and push it to the tank)

I do, the car was cranking two months ago, has been sitting do to work..(me working).. I went to try and crank it and the battery needed charging did that, all it would do is turn over. Poured a little gas in the carb fired right up, but when that gas was gone it shutt down?

Sounds like you are not getting any gas to the carb. Look down into the ventouri of the carb and work the throttle linkage. If gas is in the float bowl, the gas should squirt into the ventouri when the throttle linkage is worked. If no gas squirts in, then check the fuel pump to see if it's pumping gas to the carb. My bet is that's what's wrong. A rebuilt or new mechanical fuel pump can be bought for not too much $$$.
