would you have a 400 ford 5 speed transmission or something that will fit my 400 what kind of ford it was in ?????????

You'll have to find something off of a 385
series engine (429/460) OR go to an aftermarket Richmond 5 or 6 speed and get a bellhousing that will work with it.
