347 stroker kit???????head gasket????
 
was just wondering what the best brand you guys have used for stroker motors...i am planning on goin with a eagle kit 347ci....and usmc what head gaskets were u talking about befor i cant rember the name of them

yea my machinest uses scat but i just wanna know from people that have used some of the kits

Corteco head gaskets, Cometics are good too. Good luck.

scat all the way!here is my 408 crank,we were fitting some test bearings to my h beams.

FRPP! Sold a Scat 408 to get ahold of an FRPP 347, and she SCREAMS!

I'm not 100% "sold" on this rod ratio thing, but from what I've learned my 9,000 RPM 347 would be MUCH happier at the next smaller level. I literally had the shift light set at 8,800 RPM. These strokers LOVE the revs, ask Jeff!

To quote AC/DC, a 408 is a "touch too much", and a 347 is one step below. We have a 331 runnin a half a click off what the 347 does, so why go there? The 331 is MUCH happier than the 347. So you want to go 408? She'll SCREAM, but not for long!

Scat makes some SERIOUS stuff!!!! NOT shuttin you down on they're products, just pullin the reins in on that 408!

they say the same about the 347.ive got a friend thats running the same exact set up as me. he's been reving the bag out of it for 3 years now, at 77,000 miles.all strokers must come to an end my friend.lol.and when she blows ill build her bigger.lol
