I was having the same problem and after much research I decided on a Spec stage 3 clutch. It holds 680 ft lbs of torque!!!!

Re: got clutch????????

I run the Centerforce Dual Friction, I run consistantly in the 11's and have been in the 10's with it as well. I use an aluminum RAM flywheel and launch at 6k with ET Streets. Hasn't failed me yet, but as suggested, I've heard good things about spec clutches.

I havent got to run mine yet and probably wont get to till spring. I highly reccomend an aftermarket flywheel and a steel bellhousing with the power you are making.

I run a Spec stage 1, not enough power to overtake it yet, I like the pedal feel too. I did have trouble with clearance between the pressure plate and the stock bellhousing, anyone else run into that with a Spec clutch?
