brake boosters???

my brakes SHlT the bed last night. I can still stop, it just feels like trying to stop without the motor running. After bleeding the brakes and no improvement, I decided its my brake booster and master cylinder. Does anyone know if they are hard to change? Whats involved?

The master cylinder is easy to change. The brake booster is a little uncomfortable as you have to contort yourself under the dash to get to the nuts. Can you hear the booster leaking vacuum?
