'93 Cobra tail light housing colors?
 

I have a pair of '93 Cobra tail lights that I am going to be installing in my '93 GT and was wondering what color the housings were when installed on a red Cobra. I think that the black housings would not look right because the only other black is from the belt moulding and up.Ihave several sets of early '80s tail lights with the amber turn signal and even considered painting the gray areas on the lenses the same red as the body of the car and then using the red housings. Too many options. Let me know what you think.

I beleive they were black on all the Cobra's, they are on my dads Black 93 and on our friends Red 93 as well.
