windows stopped
 

Heys I need some help. Was going to take the stang to work, but the windows quit working. Both windows are down and will not go up. I have 12volts at red wire in center of the switch and 9 volts when I toggle the switch at the two yellow wires. The fuse is good but sparked a bit putting it back in. I'm lost I know both motors didn't go out. I'm thing a lose wire some where?

Is there a regulator somewhere in this mix?

Don't know if u fixed your problem yet but its gonna be the circuit breaker that sit on the starter silonoid on the left front apron by the strut tower.. It looks like a silver box that is bolted on to it..
