514 in foxbody
 

hey guys i was wondering if anyone has put that monster 514 (600hp) crate motor in a fox body yet? any 1/4 mile times,info, etc. would be cool, thanx

Sure. Just get a swap kit for a 460. Quite a few people have swapped 460s into Fox bodied cars. Just don't be disappointed when you can't put your hood back on. Hehe. In my opinion, 460s make better boat anchors than they do race engines. You'll never get good traction without a LOT of suspension tuning since your weight distribution will be fuct for good with all that weight on the front end.
