I have some Generic Futura Super sport 275/50/15s on my stock suspension. I still have the quad shocks and they fit fine. I have heard them rub on hard turns, but going streight is fine, and thats the only reason I got them http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif

i have a pair of 275/50 nitto drags on my 7.5" wheels, they do bow out just a little but its not too bad, i did have to roll in the inner fender lip but that was no big deal, i think thats just because my left rear shock is blown and it was letting the wheel come up too high and rub that lip, i wouldnt reccomend putting them on anything less than a 7.5" wheel (10 holes and turbines are both 7")

I kind of had a similar question, I wanted to run the 265/60/15 drag radials which are smaller in width than the 50 series drag radials. But my weld wheels don't have a deep enough offset. What is the right offset, or a common offset to get the Welds in? I see people at the track running wider tires than I do with no rubbing. Mine rub horribbly bad with those futura 265/50/15's. It's cutting grooves into the tire.
