Brake Rotors

where can I find OEM type replacement rotors for my 93 5.0? I've heard you can replace stock rotors with slotted/drilled rotors. Is this true? If so, does anyone know where I can find some for sale?

I installed the kit from Brothers Performance (Slotted Rotors & Hawk Pads) - they are quality pieces, and installed perfectly. I replaced the bearings while I was at it.
Here is a link to the rotors (they are 4 lug, although the pic is 5 lug) http://www.brothersperformance.com/s.../bbk2532f.html

I believe that BBK and Stainless Steel Brakes Corp. also sell them.

You can get OEM replacement rotors from AUTOZONE about $40 a piece if I remember right, and The slotted go for like $91 a piece.

Don't bother, unless you are going for look. Get some better stopping power with better calipers.

I just put Power-Stop cross-drilled rotors on the front of my stang along with some high performance pads. Not only does it look good, but there is a noticeable difference in stopping power.

I think Summit carries Power-Stop.
