Harmonic Dampr Blues! Need Help!!

Howdy everyone! i'm in the process of trying to replace my harmonic dampr and getting nowhere! I can't get the retaining bolt off!
Is this something that requires an impact wrench or what! I'm in dire need of some help!

Put the socket on a short extension, and the extension on a breaker bar. Mount the socket, and rest the breaker bar against the ground (on the drivers side of center). Disconnect the coil, and bump the starter with the ignition switch (key). This will loosen the bolt.

Take care

Thank's for your reply PKRWUD. I was finally able to get the bolt off. Although i did try what you suggested but not quite in the same fashion. I put a tie rod seperating fork, fork down to the ground and turned the crank with the wrench until one of the hole flanges sat on the other end of the fork to keep it from turning. i couldn't get any leverage. so i finally took my jack handle and 45 degree 3/8 adapter and plugged it into the socket kept the car in reverse and pushed like a m*****f*****, and walla. I checked the old dampner for wear and it was out of flat about 1/8" from the center hub to the outer ring. That makes me wonder about the crank.Hey! thanks again!
