cam or gears
I have been thinking should I get gears or a cam. I know ill be getting all of these mods in the long run. but so far I have
73 mass air 24# injectors ported upper intake "stock" h pipe , cat back "flows" k & N !!! but I and wondering .. the car is not leaking or burning oil and its a 92'AOD |
Gears would be the way to go!!

im not just getting a cam im getting rockers and rods .. and all that outher good stuff

Go 3.73 or 4.10 if staying N/A. Avoid the cam until heads and aftermarket intake are on the car.

what would be my best best on gears tho 4.10s or the 3.73 if I was to get the gears first ,,,
i do drive around about 15 - 25 miles a day |
go gears! wait on a cam till u have more engine mods to compliment the cam. if your car doesn't see highway too much i would go 4.10's with the AOD. if your like me and do lots of highway driving go 3.73's. .i wish i had gone gears before mods, but thats my next addition.

Gears are incredible, go with gears all the way! A new cam, pushrods and rockers arms would be an excellent mod choice as well, but price for price and as a basis for other mods, gears I think would give you the biggest bang for your buck.
