rocker setup?
 

with stock heads, what is the best setup to make them flow better?

ive heard that putting 1.7's on all valves are good, as well as putting 1.7's just on the exhaust.

what should (could) i do to make it perform a litle better?

which ratio and brand should i go with.
im going for budget as well.
