This is my combo... What must I do to run 11's!?

Ok... What I want to do is run 11's ALL MOTOR. No power adders. I want to keep my STOCK SHORT BLOCK and I'm staying with the AOD!!!!!!!! Tell me what more I need to do to my car. Check out my signature below to see what my car consists of. What I really wanted to do was just add to the motor, ie heades/intake/cam/injectors/maf/tb/torque converter. My next thing I'm doing is adding long tube 1 5/8 with 3 in collector headers so consider that done. Tell me what else I need to do! I have alot of opinions that very ALOT. I'd like to come to a conclusion about what will and what won't work before i DO IT.

Your going to need to make some serious power and serious traction to get that stock compressioned AOD car into the high 11's.

You will need good heads, a high revving cam, and intake to match it. DEEP gears, 410 or 430.l Full exhaust setup, and all the small supporting peices. If that short block has 130k you may want to think about rebuilding that also.

Your gonna need a high stall as 1.6x 60' are going to be necessary.

Not to mention traction devices and slicks.

To reply to skyman, I already have 4.10 gears and slicks (well... cheater slicks from Hoosier). I know that I'll need a high reving cam and big heads, but what cam, and what heads? I know the basics, and I have a combination in mind, but I'd like to know what everyone else thinks. Try to be specific please. :-)
Thanks!!

Well this guy that runs at the same track that I go to has the Holley systemax kit 4.30 gears all the suspension goodies a roll cage and slicks and he pulls off real high 11's.

I'm worrying about a stock AOD with a shift kit withstanding 11's. Might ought to think about a Lenco.
