Nitrous-In-A-Bag???
Ok, this kit is supposed to give between 20-100hp. Anyone ever tried it? Ever herd of anyone using it? Was it worth it?
What additional mods would i need to keep my motor from blowing up if i were to buy this thing? Thanks ------------------ 1988 Mustang GT, T-5 3.08's, No Smog Pump (Shorty Belt), Dumps At The End Of Stock H-Pipe, K&N Air Filter (Stock Air Box), Removed Air Silencer 1988 Mustang GT |
i've heard of some people using it and they love it, mainly because its so easy to install and use
i went to the NMRA race in bowling green this weekend and saw a kit upclose, it actually looked pretty cool, the bag it comes in is a very nice duffel bag as for using it, i probably would say to stay away from it, it just seems unpreditable to me, most of the guys here will tell you to stay away from dry nitrous kits period, let alone one this simple, i say get one if you want, but try it on a buddy's car first http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif ------------------ 88 Notch, B&M Ripper, 3.73's, Ported E7's, Explorer int. w/ ported lower, pulleys, 1.7RR's, BBK headers, off-road H-pipe, flowmasters, subframes, 65mm TB, March ram air ,MSD coil, U/L control arms, 155lph f/p, Crane Adj.FPR, Nitto drag radials, best 1/4--> 13.76@101.4 on a 2.17 60ft |
I use to think the same thing but there are a lot of people running it around here and they love it.
I know of a lightning running it and went from a mid 13.5 to a 12.4. ------------------ James Cox nochevy@hotmail.com 1991 Mustang LX No good times with 347 stroker yet! |
