harmonic balancer

My harmonic balancer is shot. It's rattling and the rubber is coming out of it.

What one should I replace it with? Do you think the blower puts any extra stress on it?

How about a place to look for a cheep puller?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks

there are a lot of balancers out there but i like the fluid damper myself. it is a little expensive though.
