Lost Power?
I dont know its probadly me but my car seems to have lost alot of power since i installed the springs from eibach i used to be able to peel from 1 to 2nd and now its like my car is a cow .....any suggestion... i dont think are the springs it just so danm slow...need advise on what to do
|
Is your car slow, or does it just not peel out anymore? Maybe the springs have given you more traction.
If not, what else was done to the car? Filter cleaned? Something had to be touched. I don't know, maybe one of the more experinced guys will know. sorry http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...oard/frown.gif ------------------ White 1995 Mustang GT Dynomax Cat-Back, Offroad H-pipe, K&N Filters w/o Air Silencer My 1995 Mustang GT http://members.mustangworks.com/95mu...must-white.jpg |
probally cuz you car is squatting now and hooking up better, i wouldnt worry about it.
if you really think there is a problem, take it to the track and see what it runs..do you have a 1/4 mile time from before? |
See thats the problem the only think i did was change oil and trams fluid its not the springs its just the car ..... its slow it has lost all power the other day i raced a car it was pittifull any suggestions like change gas filter or i dont know no i havent taken the car to the track

The suspension mods will tend to make the car feel different, but not as drastic as what you seem to be saying. Did you use the same weight oil as with previous changes? If its an auto, maybe the tranny is slipping since you changed the fluid?
