Going to track tomorrow.

I am going to the track tomorrow and I just got my nitto (drag radials 275-50/15) installed.
Anyone have any tips on how to launch on these things?

I don’t like the drag radials for the track I could not leave hard enough to get them to keep the car from bogging with out it spinning the tires. I did not try very hard though; I only ran them 2 times before I went to the slicks.

I pulled a 1.61 on the slicks today and I got the front tires off the ground. http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...oard/smile.gif

The rear view mirror flew off the window again and this time the radio popped out of the dash. http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...rd/biggrin.gif

The bad part is I Can not shift into third at over 4500 rpm’s; I think the syncro is going out.
I still managed to pull a 12.60 @ 107mph Shifting into third at 4500 rpm's instead of 6500 rpm's and still had a little trouble getting it into gear. http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...oard/frown.gif
