1966 "restomod"

I'm fixing to start building a 1965 Mustang coupe restomod. I am going with fuel injection but I don't want to use the motor from an '87+ Stang. Does anyone offer a kit that contains the BARE minimum needed to build an EFI 302? I want a clean engine compartment without all the sensors and stuff on the newer Mustangs.

There's always Holleys Pro-Jection. If you are insistent on staying away from the EFI.

I think Accel (Mr. Gasket) may make one too
