highway screamin'

I have 2.73's and am very interested in getting 4.10's for my daily driver. At 65mph what will be my rpm's?

By the way, I will only be making 25 mile trips at a time about 3 times a week. Thanx

Math:

Part#1:
Diameter of tire (26")
times 3.1415
divided by 12 (inches/foot)
divided by 5280 (feet/mile)
Equals .0000xxx (some small number)

Part#2:
3000rpm x 60min/hour
divide by gear (like 3.73 or 3.55 or 4.10...)

Multiply part#1 times Part#2 = mph at 3000

Switch rpms, or tire diameter, or gears... and get new numbers.

I have 3.73 and at 65 i am at 2100 so with the 4.10 gears you will be around 2300-2400 rpm's at 65 mph. go to the analyer and it will tell you any rpm for almost any mph you will run.
